How long does a project take?

Every project is different. Full-service residential design typically runs three months or more depending on scope — we'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific project before anything begins.

What does full-service include?

It covers everything — concept development, space planning, architectural plan review, material and finish selection, custom elements, lighting, furniture, procurement, vendor coordination, and final installation.

Do you work outside of Maryland?

Based in Maryland, we serve clients both locally and nationwide. Many elements of the design process are handled remotely. For projects requiring in-person visits, travel is arranged once you commit to a service — and any questions around that can be raised during your discovery call.

How do payments work?

Payment structure varies depending on the service. For larger projects, payments are structured in milestone-based phases aligned with the progress of your project. For some services, full payment is required before work begins. Full details are outlined in your project agreement before anything starts — no surprises.

How many projects do you take on at once?

We intentionally limit the number of full-service projects we take on at one time. This keeps our attention focused and our work considered. If you're interested, we recommend reaching out early to discuss availability.
